 Reset:  A new (randomly generated) password has just been sent to the primary e-mail address on file for User Name "".

 Check your E-mail:  Look for an e-mail entitled "CleanlyRun - Reset Password". If you can't locate it, first check your Spam folder and then contact Support.

 Login:  Once you've located the Reset e-mail, go to the Login screen and sign in with your new password.
